Midnight Pistachio Pasta

Ingredients
noodles of choice (rice, flour, etc.)
vegan or real feta
vegan or real cream cheese
unshelled pistachios
cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper
olive oil
fresh garlic or garlic powder
basil
First, boil some water for the pasta and cook according to the box's directions
While the pasta is cooking, dice the garlic and cut the cherry tomatoes into halves
Place a pan on low heat with some olive oil and brown the garlic (should be golden brown, not burnt)
Add the cherry tomatoes face down and continue until the skin on the tomatoes starts to shrivel, (about 2-3 minutes)
The pasta should be done cooking by then, so drain pasta (keep about a 1/3 cup of pasta water)
Add cream cheese and feta along with a splash of pasta water
Add the pasta to the pan (still on low heat)
Stir until the cream cheese and feta is melted
Add pistachios, salt, pepper, and basil, and any other spices desired
